By mistake I purchased the product from them. **What do you dislike about Trakzee?** Zero help and service from them. No proper person to respond. **What problems is Trakzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product is not resolving the problem. It becomes a big problem if you purchase it.Like I am facing the issue from last one year.No response from them. ### 2. The Dynamic dashboard is more helpful to know the fleet performance for the fleet manager/owner. **What do you dislike about Trakzee?** In the tracking screen, vehicle status pane is not attached to the main pane but that is not much issue. **What problems is Trakzee solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't need to download any report to know the current day performance of the vehicle. This saved the customer time a lot. Many features are added that allows you to access lot of information on a single click like Playback, naviagte, share location etc. The application is user friendly and easy to understand and use. ### 3.
