Additionally, the implementation of push notifications is a valuable feature that contributes to improved battery life on mobile devices. It is very easy to call through our custom CRM, means smooth integration. **What do you dislike about Tragofone?** We encountered a minor error during a recent video call on Tragofone. However, their support team was exceptional. They promptly addressed the issue and provided a resolution within the same day, minimizing disruption to our communication. **What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization previously utilized traditional desktop VoIP phones. However, we have transitioned to a fully digital VoIP softphone solution. Plus, it is white labling app, support many SIP accounts via auto provisioning feature. I can use it on my work computer, my phone, and connect to everyone in the company. **What do you dislike about Tragofone?** only issue I had were the chat messages but that has been corrected now **What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?** I typically communicate with customers and clients and pay international calls, at least it will be a major income so essentially what I do is communicate via this application and thus avoid such high costs of international calls. ### 3.
