**What do you like best about Tragofone?**

Tragofone offers a user-friendly interface and delivers a seamless calling experience thanks to its utilization of WebRTC technology. Additionally, the implementation of push notifications is a valuable feature that contributes to improved battery life on mobile devices. It is very easy to call through our custom CRM, means smooth integration.

**What do you dislike about Tragofone?**

We encountered a minor error during a recent video call on Tragofone.  However, their support team was exceptional. They promptly addressed the issue and provided a resolution within the same day, minimizing disruption to our communication.

**What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization previously utilized traditional desktop VoIP phones.  However, we have transitioned to a fully digital VoIP softphone solution. This shift empowers our workforce with enhanced mobility, replicating the convenience of "talking on the go" regardless of physical location.

**What do you like best about Tragofone?**

This product has a great layout and interface.I love that I have a soft phone app directly on my phone that helps me stay connected with clients so easily! Plus, it is white labling app, support many SIP accounts via auto provisioning feature. I can use it on my work computer, my phone, and connect to everyone in the company.

**What do you dislike about Tragofone?**

only issue I had were the chat messages but that has been corrected now

**What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I typically communicate with customers and clients and pay international calls, at least it will be a major income so essentially what I do is communicate via this application and thus avoid such high costs of international calls.

**What do you like best about Tragofone?**

What i like about the tool is that it supports multiple operating systems. Wheather you are using adroid or iOS be sure you will work seamless. Customization is easier to meet organization needs. The support is also there to support you, they helped us in white labeling. Ease to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Tragofone?**

Everything about the tool was amazing, nothing was out of the place.

**What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using the tool for VoIP. Voice over Internet Protocal. We were able to make one on one and one to many calls with clear audio. The best part it helped in battery management trough push notification.

**What do you like best about Tragofone?**

Tragofone is an outstanding tool that helps us to call and communicate with other employees with ease. Its a tool that worthy the investment due to its easy of use and implementation. The tool integrates well the hubsport marketing tool.

**What do you dislike about Tragofone?**

The learning curve of the tool is long and needs to be shotened.

**What problems is Tragofone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the tool to make calls and communicate with our customers and ourself using one unique number. It helps us to ensure that our communication is effective and efficient. VoIP calls audios are clear.
