**What do you like best about Towbook Management Software?**

I love that the interface is user friendly, and all of the features make dispatching simple and effective. My absolute favorite feature (which is new) is the address prediction! 

**What do you dislike about Towbook Management Software?**

The only issue I have is the amount of time that it takes for everything to come back up when the system crashes. Other than that, I love it all. 

**Recommendations to others considering Towbook Management Software:**

I would highly recommend this software to anyone in the tow industry! This software gives you the ability to easily keep track of your drivers, calls, payments, and basically everything you can think of! I could not imagine being a tow dispatcher without it! Thanks, Towbook!

They have a team that are quick to respond whenever we need assistance!

I love that you can login anywhere with an internet connection and that they have an app!

**What do you dislike about Towbook Management Software?**

They're still working out some bugs since it's a newer program. Sometimes the search function doesn't work correctly or the completed calls get out of order. 

**Recommendations to others considering Towbook Management Software:**

It's like an old car, if you're patient with it and learn it's quirks it will be great. 

**What problems is Towbook Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're much more effective with how we input and send out calls. The accounting part of the program is great, letting us send emails to customers and accounts.
