**What do you like best about top.legal?**

When negotiating contracts, until recently, this was a cumbersome work with loads of emails containing MS Word docs being sent back and forth. Where is the latest version? Who has changed what? Where can I find an alternative to clause x which we used a year ago?

Top.legal is changing this, as it streamlines the whole negotiation and drafting process into a cloud base platform optimised for this complex process.

**What do you dislike about top.legal?**

I still need to explain my counterparts what top.legal is. Hope this changes soon, when the tool becomes more and more commonly used.

**What problems is top.legal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up contract negotiations, and managing existing contracts.
