BoardSpace was really easy to implement in our organization considering its wide range of features specially designed for the top management. BoardSpace provides us with a secured and cloud infrastructure to manage the documents that contains sensitive and important information regarding the company's objectives and tasks. BoardSpace's user interface can be cumbersome at times due to which the document management can vary from being highly confidential to being available to other members as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BoardSpace has a great ability for us to upload toms of attachments for any meeting in an easy manner and search any respective capability with the tags. It is like a single board for the storage of all items related to the board in one space, and it also acts as a reminder for the board as well. Our goal of managing the records of board meetings is easily met through BoardSpace. It's customer support has been excellent all throughout our use of it in every aspect. The flexibility offered in BoardSpace is somewhat questionable as the ability to customize agendas in order to insert facilitator name and agenda duration and timings can be improved with better integration with platforms like Google Calender, etc. An in addition if there was a feature that would allow the board members to insert their personalized motions would be a real game scorer for BoardSpace. Even people with little technical knowledge can easily use it for collaboration.

Followup reminders on tasks is ultimate which reduces the effort of a particular person.

Also Customer support is always available to support with any issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Few Navigations are tricky.Apart from that I dont find any other issue with Boardspace Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Realtime collaboration during Meetings to gather opinions.
