"The best to do list app out there"

What do you like best about Todoist?

Todoist is very feature rich and allows you to set up your work flow however you want. You have access to tags, priorities, different lists, due dates, assigned tasks, and more! You can create any number of subtasks as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todoist?

Hard to do everything. If you like things like asana, this does not allow a view like that. Technically using projects, you can create something similar. But I feel I get more features for a better price here, than trello or other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Todoist:

To best use a to do list, you should seek out some education. The best book I found (that's quick and easy) is "To-Do List Formula: A Stress-Free Guide To Creating To-Do Lists That Work!" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Todoist solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need a braindump, but one I can easily hide or postpone tasks. So I can create a list and only view it once a month, that helps me to keep only the actual important tasks on my list. What do you like best about Todoist?

The integration capabilities with tools we use daily across JIRA and Slack make task management seamless. As a PM managing multiple NOCR workstreams, having tasks sync across platforms without manual duplication has saved our team significant time. What do you dislike about Todoist?

The pricing structure becomes steep when scaling across a larger team. For a commercial credit card product team with multiple departments, we found ourselves evaluating alternatives because per-seat costs add up quickly. What problems is Todoist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Todoist helps us centralize task distribution across our credit card product team. With cross-functional workflows between product, compliance, and operations, we needed a system that doesn't create silos.
