**What do you like best about Tivian?**

Tivian has improved on my correspondence and installment processes enormously. I love that I can deal with all my client cooperations, from sending solicitations to getting installments, in one unified stage. This recoveries me a ton of time and keeps everything coordinated.

**What do you dislike about Tivian?**

One issue I've experienced with Tivian is a periodic defer in getting installments. While most exchanges process rapidly, there have been a couple of examples where clients have detailed delays, which can be disappointing for the two players.

**What problems is Tivian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tivian has been an important device for my business. It has smoothed out my correspondence with clients, worked on the installment cycle, and saved me important time. The concentrated stage permits me to effectively follow solicitations and installments, guaranteeing I keep steady over my funds.
