I think this is simpler and more functional, without adding unnecessary complexity. It’s a great fit for founders and companies who want a system that also delivers strong performance. It also doesn’t have an unsubscribe option. Sometimes you want to stay subscribed to something that comes into your email, but you don’t necessarily want to see it in your inbox all the time. They’ve also added a few new things recently, and we’re testing the waters with some of them for work. So far it’s been good; one of them is called Team Chat and Tasks. Titan works well for my professional email setup. The mailbox is clear and easy to use, and I especially like that I can create a polished email signature/footer myself without needing technical support. For a small professional setup connected to my own domain, it gives me what I need without becoming too complicated. Support is also easy to reach and very helpful when needed. It was not immediately clear which account had admin rights, how the Titan Control Panel related to the mailbox, and where to manage the admin access.
