It doesn’t have a rule-based system, or rules that can filter the text or emails that go into a specific folder. It also doesn’t have an unsubscribe option. Sometimes you want to stay subscribed to something that comes into your email, but you don’t necessarily want to see it in your inbox all the time. Titan works well for my professional email setup. The mailbox is clear and easy to use, and I especially like that I can create a polished email signature/footer myself without needing technical support. The only thing I found confusing was the admin setup through WordPress.com. It was not immediately clear which account had admin rights, how the Titan Control Panel related to the mailbox, and where to manage the admin access.
