## About TIO
TIOCORE is the AI operating system for freight forwarders. It sits between the team's email inbox and their TMS, handling the coordination and quoting work that eats ops hours every day: routing inbound messages to the right jobs, managing trucking rate requests at volume, tying carrier responses back to shipments, and letting the team ask plain-English questions about any job. Your team approves every record before it reaches the TMS. No autonomous submissions. Setup runs in days via API. No IT team required.

## TIO Reviews
 ### 1. TIO Turns Messy Emails to AI and flows directly to TMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about TIO?**

TIO reads every inbound email and pulls the fields we'd otherwise type by hand into the TMS. Pre-alerts, bookings, arrival notices, then it extracts the data, ties it to the right job, and pre-fills the record for our team to review. The inbox-to-TMS piece is where we get the most time back. On a busy week with high ocean import volume, that adds up fast.

**What do you dislike about TIO?**

Need to work on the UI/UX a little bit more to refine it.

**What problems is TIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem is the coordination gap between our email inbox and the TMS. Every booking confirmation, pre-alert, and arrival notice that comes in has to be read by a person, opened in the TMS, and typed in field by field. On an active week that's a lot of repetitive data entry, and it's the kind of work that creates errors when the team is busy.

TIO sits in between. It reads the inbound emails, extracts the fields, ties each message to the right open job, and pre-fills the TMS record. Our team reviews it and approves the write — nothing goes into the TMS without a person signing off — but the manual re-keying is gone. On pre-alerts alone, where you're pulling MBL, HBL, container number, vessel, ETD, ETA out of a PDF or forwarded email, that's real time back on every single shipment.
