**What do you like best about Tingono Tara?**

Before implementing Tingono AI, we invested significant time and budget trying to create health scores and risk signals across multiple expensive tools, with results that were difficult to operationalize and below our expectations. Tingono made it much easier to generate clear, actionable insights that help identify both risk and opportunity across a CSM’s book of business in a practical, usable way. 

The UI is approachable and intuitive, which made adoption straightforward. 

The Tingono team was consistently patient, responsive, and collaborative throughout onboarding and ongoing use. They worked closely with us to answer questions and ensure the product was configured in a way that felt smooth and frictionless for our teams. At its price point, the value compares very favorably to more established and more expensive platforms.

Overall, both the product and the team exceeded our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Tingono Tara?**

It does take a little time and company resources to implement, but this is standard for any implementation for a tool like this and the Tingono team was incredibly easy to work with

**What problems is Tingono Tara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating insights and actions, Tingono freed up meaningful CSM time that could be reinvested with customers. We also found additional value beyond our initial use case, including more automated and structured success plan creation and the ability to deploy agents when needed.

**What do you like best about Tingono Tara?**

Great algorithm that moves with our changing company
Excellent prediction read out for actioning from our teams
Insights into data that are readable by any person regardless of analytical experience

**What do you dislike about Tingono Tara?**

The interface has some minor challenges and UX problems, but those will surely improve with time
Lack of ability to manage users or admin the system without their help is a challenge. Would love more admin controls accessible to us.

**What problems is Tingono Tara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of all, the Tingono team is incredible to work with in fine-tuning the score and making it work the way you need it to. Overall, the algorithm seems on point and really helps our team to get ahead of churn risks and upsell opportunities with our customers. I would highly recommend you work with this system and the team
