**What do you like best about Timebox?**

Any fool can make money being a broker; it's knowing where you spend your money that makes a good broker into a very good businessman.  We use it to track how much money a client makes (or loses) us, how much time we spend with certain insurers & whether they are profitable, and crucially, how much time we spend on certain products & whether THEY are profitable.

**What do you dislike about Timebox?**

Time lag, sometimes the data doesn't refresh as fast from Acturis we would like.

**Recommendations to others considering Timebox:**

If you're NOT using it, ask yourself, how do you know if a certain client/insurer/product is actually worth dealing with?

**What problems is Timebox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client/Product/Insurer analysis.  Having Timebox makes us money . Simple.
