Tierra Net has been my host for several decades now. They're customer service and IT support is better than my alternatives. I have had to use other services over the years so I've found the set of providers that works for me best. For Tierra, I rate them five stars because they come through. I have seen other providers raise prices, with nothing to do with their costs or providing services to me. Just to raise them. I have confidence that when Tierra bills me something, it's because that's what it costs. Or, because that's a fair market price, not because I'm some kind of captive customer.
