The company will help resolve issues related to technology and had helped us troubleshoot major difficulties faced during business transition

**Describe the project or task Tier2 Technology helped with:**

We wanted to minimize the time spent on most client support requests (tickets).

**What do you like best about Tier2 Technology?**

Every support ticket includes comprehensive troubleshooting data automatically attached to the ticket. When paired with Tier2's physical helpdesk button, opening tickets becomes as simple as your client literally pressing a button. When you require technical support, they are quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Tier2 Technology?**

Sometimes when a client presses their help button, the email address field is automatically filled with the default Outlook license's username, which isn't always a client's actual email address. This is pretty rare though, and they do have a work-around too.

**What problems is Tier2 Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to simply opening a ticket for a clients. Additionally, we save about 10 minutes on each support ticket because a ton of diagnostic data is already provided and attached to each ticket. That saves us a bunch of labor costs!
