**What do you like best about Thread?**

Thread is a great tool to integrate with your PSA system. It creates a chat-like experience for the help desk ticket system. With the help of Thread, our client can directly create a ticket from many team communication chat apps (Teams. Slack). It makes communication so easy between the helpdesk and the client to work on any ticket.

**What do you dislike about Thread?**

There should be an option to edit the Thread message/chat or time entry like we can do on PSA (CW Manage)

**What problems is Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier our clients always complained about the complete functionality of the traditional PSA Ticket system but now with Thread, they can easily create helpdesk support tickets directly from Chating apps (Teams, slack).
