What do you like best about TheySaid?

I like the AI feature that was able to summarize the responses from the survey and even provide action items for the creator of the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TheySaid?

The least helpful was that some of the different features weren't as intuitive. They could benefit from using a "information" button to provide more instructions or details on some of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TheySaid?

TheySaid is a very simple to use and intuitive platform that allows me to create surveys for product feedback and other business needs quickly and easily. Getting started was super quick and didn't require much help from the company. Support overall has been very good and considering that we use this multiple times per month for surveys it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TheySaid?

The dashboard was simple and easy to understand. It wasn't overwhelming with fields and data. The AI feature was genius! It was so quick to generate the survey and very user-friendly to change the questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
