What I love most about the ChangeTracker is that it doesn’t pretend change is neat, linear, or remotely under control. It actually reflects reality. No over-engineered frameworks. No “step 1 to 7 and you’re done” fantasy. Just a clear, practical way to see what’s really happening across change—where things are moving, where they’re stuck, and where people are quietly ignoring it hoping it goes away. It cuts through the theatre of change management and gets to the point: what’s landing, what’s not, and what you actually need to do about it. It’s simple without being simplistic.
