**What do you like best about theChangeTracker?**

What I love most about the ChangeTracker is that it doesn’t pretend change is neat, linear, or remotely under control.
It actually reflects reality.
No over-engineered frameworks.
No “step 1 to 7 and you’re done” fantasy.
Just a clear, practical way to see what’s really happening across change—where things are moving, where they’re stuck, and where people are quietly ignoring it hoping it goes away.
It cuts through the theatre of change management and gets to the point:
what’s landing, what’s not, and what you actually need to do about it.
It’s simple without being simplistic.
And in a space that’s made a habit of overcomplicating everything… that’s rare.

**What do you dislike about theChangeTracker?**

Nothing at all, it looks great is easy to use and applies common  sense to approaching change

**What problems is theChangeTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All your change data, in one place. It’s clear, easy to navigate, and genuinely accessible to the people who need it. No more digging through decks or chasing updates across five different tools, just a single, reliable view of what’s going on. It’s simple, but in a way that makes your life noticeably easier, because you can see the full picture without having to piece it together yourself.

**What do you like best about theChangeTracker?**

It's a bespoke Change Management tool, designed with the input of Change Managers to include tools and processes that are useful in everyday scenarios

Pricing is very reasonable, support from the ChangeTracker is on hand and available and the new AI inclusion is useful without being overbearing.

**What do you dislike about theChangeTracker?**

We're a large Public Sector organisation and the tool isn't necessarily designed to provide insight to numerous colleagues in differing roles.
