What do you like best about The Studio Director?

I really love how easy it is to problems addressed and questions answered. Their callback system is very helpful also, instead of waiting on hold as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Studio Director?

Sometimes they need more lines open to serve people faster, sometimes it can take a day or two to get called back, but once I get a live person, my problem gets address really quickly.
