It's straightforward to log in at the beginning of class, quickly take role, and move on! **What do you dislike about The Studio Director?** There are too many options for views that don't apply to everyone. Users can toggle through different views that are no longer applicable to them, which makes it confusing. **What problems is The Studio Director solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to tell which parents have paid, as well as backtrack attendance. This also gives me additional insight into who is and isn't going to be performing in our recitals. ### 2. Their callback system is very helpful also, instead of waiting on hold as well. **What do you dislike about The Studio Director?** Sometimes they need more lines open to serve people faster, sometimes it can take a day or two to get called back, but once I get a live person, my problem gets address really quickly. I think they are just growing quickly, because they are a good platform. **What problems is The Studio Director solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are very open to creating new reports programming to address the specific reporting needs of my studio. They also created a unique tuition billing system that fit our needs also. ### 3. There are some things that I need the software to do, but it requires extra work-arounds on my part. **What problems is The Studio Director solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Studio Director makes billing and financial record-keeping much easier. It has saved me countless hours and helped me collect funds from customers more seamlessly. ### 4.
