Building a website and updating website for company. The maintenance of the site was included with the ongoing project.

**What do you like best about THAT Agency?**

They were approachable, they were understanding and they had the customers best interest at heart.

**What do you dislike about THAT Agency?**

There was a bit of back and forth. Not all the project managers are technical.

**Recommendations to others considering THAT Agency:**

Good people to work with, the project manager may have great design suggestions but will probably not have to much of a technical background so knowing this upfront will be helpful when technical issues arise and there is a lot of back and forth conversations.

**What problems is THAT Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a user friendly and inviting website. Users are able to go to the site and navigate to latest deals and place orders.
