
I cannot comment on what I like best about Texta because I have not been able to use the product. I purchased the product through AppSumo. After I registered, it kept prompting me to upgrade my account. I have not been able to upgrade my account nor to utilize any of the features of the software. It seems like the interface would be easy to use. However, I can't be sure because I can't utilize it. The redemption and implementation process is straightforward. After purchasing the product through AppSumo, I registered but it said I have a free account instead of a paid account. I reached out to their customer support to see about fixing the issue. It took them 4 days to get back to me. When they did, they assured me that my issue was a top priority and would be marked as urgent. Angelica from customer service told me this, "Rest assured, your issue will be given top priority and we will provide you with updates as soon as we receive feedback from our team." That was 10 days ago and I have not heard anything from them since. I have attempted to use the software at least once every two days. I wanted to see if technical support had made a correction without contacting me but that has not been the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
