**What do you like best about Texta.ai?**

I cannot comment on what I like best about Texta because I have not been able to use the product. I purchased the product through AppSumo. After I registered, it kept prompting me to upgrade my account. I have not been able to upgrade my account nor to utilize any of the features of the software. It seems like the interface would be easy to use. However, I can't be sure because I can't utilize it. The redemption and implementation process is straightforward. However, when there are issues they are almost impossible to resolve.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

After purchasing the product through AppSumo, I registered but it said I have a free account instead of a paid account. I reached out to their customer support to see about fixing the issue. It took them 4 days to get back to me. When they did, they assured me that my issue was a top priority and would be marked as urgent. Angelica from customer service told me this, "Rest assured, your issue will be given top priority and we will provide you with updates as soon as we receive feedback from our team." That was 10 days ago and I have not heard anything from them since. I have attempted to use the software at least once every two days. I wanted to see if technical support had made a correction without contacting me but that has not been the case.

Text that has not been able to solve any problems for me because I can't use it. Their customer service and technical support are almost completely unresponsive. I can't get it to write an article for me without it prompting me to upgrade my account.

The content that is generated I have found useful in many instances. There are some specific types of content that I find texta to be quite good at creating and is my go-to AI content tool for.

I often need to create YouTube descriptions for the videos I upload to YouTube and I have found Texta to not be as great here as it is with other types of content so I hope future upgrades will address this

As a solopreneur, sometimes content creation can be a hassle.  Having access to a product like Texta.ai has made content creation a little less of a hassle because I am able to get great content ideas and usually a decent starting point.

**What do you like best about Texta.ai?**

The software can be set up without any problems. If you don’t have time for this, numerous templates are available. These can be used for text corrections, PR idea development or writing blog articles. In addition, the software has continuously improved over time, which is noticeable in the results.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

As a designer, I see a need for improvement in the look and feel of the page, especially with fonts and individual elements. While the workflow is intuitive and simple, the design could enhance the user experience.
Furthermore, options such as uploading a company logo or changing the profile pictures are missing in the settings. In addition, these are positioned at an impractical location—one would rather suspect them at the bottom left, where however, only the logout button is located.

**What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use this software for layout and idea collection, it serves us more as a brainstorming tool than a text creation tool. However, it is pleasant to have a virtual assistant to go through ideas.

**What do you like best about Texta.ai?**

It's easy to use and the output surpasses the majority of writing tools available with ease of use, and high quality outputs. I would say it is my favorite out of almost 20 software tools I have used. Many are a huge help, but this tool is going to be taking the competitors by surprise.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

The limited integrations is a hassle. It would be great to connect ti other tools to colaboarte with others and syndicate content. Also would be nice to take a long for blog, and break it down into other contnet for other platforms. I have other tools for that, so not terrible.

**What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These tools can help with rapid ideas, rought drafts, and then handle 80% of the work in minutes. The remaining work is adjusting the written content to match my writing style and tone. As GPT 4 is added, this too will maybe slide from 80% done to 90% done. If you write weekly or monthly, you will save hundreds of hours and even more if you are scaling content creation with a team. No brainer to purchase this if you are a blogger or content marketer.

**What do you like best about Texta.ai?**

I've bought 10+ ai writing tools so far, and most of them are okay. From a content perspective this tool is no better than any other BUT the way they created 'advanced' mode content creator to allow you to lay out the title, followed up by the document outline & then it writes it all there - actually creating long form (which all the others say they do but don't really) this is great.

There are also great ad content creator.

I gave it an 8 - because like a lot of the comments their 'simple' mode is terrible - it comes up with some highly unrelated content about 2/3 the time. I'm sure this will get better

**What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our focus with this is content creation. We want to be able to write great articles and other content using AI. This tool helped us get some great content out easier than having ti write it from scratch.

**What do you like best about Texta.ai?**

The best part of the texta.ai experience was the price I got by buying the product during a Life Time Deal offer at AppSumo.  I had purchased only one AI product previously, but it was not related to content generation, so I had not tried any of their competitors' products.

I did like the interface (not sure if it's changed, since I haven't used the product in quite some time - see dislikes for the reason) and of course, really was impressed by the speed at which content was generated.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

I purchased the Life Time Deal from AppSumo in January 2022 and was psyched to try it out.  The very first article I tried to produce (as a test) was about the increase in antisemitism in Canada.  The generated article started out quite promising, offering insights and statistics of antisemitic events.  But then, in the middle of the article, the tone turned around and the article itself started becoming antisemitic in nature.  In addition, the links it provided in support of the statistics were completely bogus (nonsensical).

This left me quite unimpressed and I didn't use it again for quite some time.  Then, I had occasion to meet with a client who had a website (related to Cannibis use) and wanted to generate blog content.  I showed him my copy of texta.ai and used it to generate a candidate blog entry.  He was very impressed.  So, I guess it would depend on the area of focus and the amount of data available during the training period.

**What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't honestly say that texta.ai is solving any problems at the moment.  It was purchased to help me generate blog content for clients, but I found the initial test to be so disappointing, I never really pursued its use on an ongoing basis.  I had one underwhelming test case, followed by one acceptable real-life case.  This did not leave me with enough confidence to spend the time using the product to its fullest extent.

I am looking forward to giving the product another look once the upgrade to GPT-4 is completed.  I'm hopeful I will be able to get some value from my original purchase.

I started using Texta prior to the integration with ChatGPT and the subsequent revolution. It was one of the first cost-effective products I tried after trying Jasper, and it proved to be a useful time-saving tool at that point.

Here are some advantages of Texta:

It generates excellent ideas for specific content types that require concise writing, such as ad copy and paraphrasing.

I appreciate its functionality without needing a browser extension. This allows me to jot down ideas quickly when inspiration strikes in various situations: during concerts, after in-person sales calls, while commuting in the car, or even at sporting events. These moments often provide great ideas but are not always conducive to pulling out a laptop.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

I am finding myself spending too much time rewriting the content due to context or tone.  They are not quick to integrate the latest AI model, although they are innovative with easy-to-use, no-code recipes.  It may be a plus that they take their time to make sure new models are operated with integrity.  However, I would like to hear more communication about their innovation or roadmaps.

I asked for a Dutch article, but the output is a very weird mix of English and Dutch.

So again, promising tool, but needs some improvements.

I'm using a lot of other AI writing tools and this tool is good at providing specific need oriented generation. 

Other tools may also offer various writing features for specific needs, but Texta offers convenience. 

I still question though how it's dofferent from simply prompting with Chat GPT with any AI tools. I think if you really need to fine-tune prompts, it's best to use Chat GPT but not everyone has the time to write such a complex prompt for every need. 

So I think of this as a gateway to many features. 

The quality of the outcome is okay. It's best to run something that you have a decent knowledge of so you can judge based on your own insight. I've tried some cryptocurrency related blog posts, and they were helpful enough though it was less specific. (This is where Chat GPT prompting would be most useful to fine-tune these things)

I think SEO related tooling might be the best one. Or the editor itself that gives you some pointers on SEO. I don't have knowledge so it's probably best to listen to any suggestions it suggests. Haha

UI is not mobile friendly. - Nowadays a lot of people use mobile device to do anything. So I think it would be great to have that compatible. Maybe things are in the works still.

I recently purchased the lifetime version of texta.ai, and while I appreciate its features, I am disappointed with a couple of issues. Firstly, the account settings page consistently displays incorrect information for me, showing undefined NaN, NaN in all fields. This makes it quite frustrating to manage my account and update any necessary details. Moreover, I was expecting a new and updated user interface with the lifetime version, but unfortunately, it still resembles the old version.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Texta.ai and I cannot recommend purchasing their product. Despite having a lifetime version of the product, I encountered an issue and reached out to their customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, their customer support was extremely poor. They failed to respond to my queries and did not provide any help in solving my problem.

P.S. I still waiting to respond since few months ago, even if they will respond here at AppSumo after this review the customer support is on efficient and only excuses.

As someone who relies on efficient customer support, this was a major letdown.

I was initially afraid the tool would fall behind as you may get higher quality content with careful prompt engineering on some other platforms but it's seems the team has been working of the tool, looking forward to see what the GPT4 integration will bring in terms of text quality.

It's quite easy to generate a huge output for certain topics at a short amount of time. Texta can surely save you some time especially when outlining blog posts or website copy. The user interface is pretty straight forward and you don't have to be tech savvy to understand what you're doing or to get started.

**What do you dislike about Texta.ai?**

The output quality isn't always reliable. As a German I need - surprise, surprise - mostly German texts. And depending on the topic you still have to put quite an amount of work till the blog post or website copy is finished. Especially long-form content easily gets repetitive.

**What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I come back to texta from time to time when I have to outline blog post or I want to generate some  blog post ideas. Sometime it even helps generating new viewpoints and ideas on a topic.
