"Excellent tool for vetting candidates skills with a broad library of resources and write your own"

What do you like best about Testlify?

I really like the ability to use the library of templates that are specific to various skill sets. In addition, writing your own questions or assessments is critical in being able to adequately assess candidates true abilities. It's been a regular tool in our recruiting process. Easy to use and good customer support if needed. I got locked out of my account one time and one of the co-owners called me directly due to their call center being closed. Excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Testlify?

The only thing I don't care for is the inability to access former records/info. once you stop your subscription. Would be nice if that was still available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Initially Impressed but cancellation process is difficult"

What do you like best about Testlify?

Their platform is pretty good, proctoring was decent and the options were quite impressive with the different types of questions. Fairly easy to use. The best feature was being able to set your own questions using their different question formats. I felt it helped our hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testlify?

The main issue i had was how difficult it was difficult it is/was to cancel. They dont have an instant cancellation, you have to complete a form so I requested to cancel, got offered a lower package, i refused then heard nothing, I emailed them to chase and they again offered the lower package, i told them i want to cancel they have ignored me. I would have used them again but spending a week chasing them to confirm cancellation is a waste of time and makes me concerned that I will still be billed. If this was streamlined i would gladly use again and would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
