
I really like the ability to use the library of templates that are specific to various skill sets. In addition, writing your own questions or assessments is critical in being able to adequately assess candidates true abilities. It's been a regular tool in our recruiting process. Easy to use and good customer support if needed. I got locked out of my account one time and one of the co-owners called me directly due to their call center being closed. Excellent customer service.
