# Has anyone else had Testlify’s AI interviewer hang up mid-interview?

I found Testlify’s web app easy to use and simple to navigate. The biggest issue for me is the AI interviewer sometimes hanging up in the middle of an interview, and parts of the conversation not being clear, which makes it confusing. On the plus side, I like not needing the old interview method since the interview and evaluation are handled by AI. Have you run into similar interview interruptions or unclear prompts, and how did you handle them?
