The sales pitch about the holy grail of record and playback is totally impressive, however in reality it's only useful 50 percent of the time, the rest of the time you have to spend it fixing the gaps that the tool doesn't fix. . The reality is that the tests do not heal themselves under any circumstance, neither with AI nor ML or image deeplearning or any other fashionable tool, they can try but always sacrificing more time and not necessarily obtaining the expected result. The generated code cannot be exported. The integration with github is unidirectional, that is, you can only import information from github to testim.You can't change provider.it is difficult to create custom components. the tests created are fragile and do not always work (flaky test). many results are generated as false positives. Everything, Testim onboarding process is very supportive and it went smoothly. Once we have got the hang of it, writing tests was a breeze and allowed us to focus on the quality of our product and development rather than focusing on solving issues with our automation and spending a lot of time writing E2E tests.
