"Great for testing ads and analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

It's simple and has everything in one place, instead of using 3-4 different SDKs, I can use only one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

So far so good, to be fair. Feedback is always good, even with bad things, but now I don't have any :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear and helpful for analytics"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

The UI of Tenjin is very intuitive. It helps you understand your data very easily and helps you understand what are the best decisions to make to optimise your UA strategy. It will display a very comprehensive view of your data with several breakdowns so you know exactly what to optimise and where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

Tenjin can have some issues to connect with some networks, where we have to use special tools. Most of the time, it is easy to use, but in those case, you might need some special tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best for hyper casual game developers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

Tenjin is free to start with, which is a great point. And after that, it's one of the cheapest attribution tools out there. One of the great things they offer is that cost reporting is always included, while other attribution providers always make you pay an extra fee for that. They were the first to introduce advertising monetization cohort LTV reports, which was huge at the time. There are ways to access data that suit every workflow: their dashboard, their CSV exports, their APIs, or their Datavault. It is I'm a user for 3+ years and can't recommend it enough. Their team is great and is always here to provide interesting insights about the hyper casual industry or what we can do better in our processes in order to grow further. Also, they are always listening for their customers in order to provide them with tools that would help them grow, like with the recent releases of the automation APIs and user level ad revenue revenue data reporting The range of tools they offer caters to all sizes of developers, ranging from super small with their free plan, to devs with 1B+ installs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

Tenjin does not seem to offer the possibility for users to have a user_id out of the box which is kind of a limit to other apps where you need can login (e.g. non gaming apps) I don't have much background on this but is seems their tools can be kind of limited when you have to do stuff like retargeting , tracking emails you sent to your customers, and other non-gaming use cases. "It's ok"
5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

It's easy to integrate and doesn't collide with other plugins, plus the basic plan is free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

It isn't easy to test if the integration is working or not at launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely awesome MMP for small and young teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

Free attribution for low volume, scalable and plannable pricing. Integration with all providers, all in one dash. Monetization + UA with all necessary filters and breakdowns. Pricing based on events rather than conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

A little of manual fizzling with FB campaigns (deep-linking) - they're very straight forward about that though right from the beginning. Recent update had some integration/connection issues, but which were all fixed by now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for high level views at a glance"
3/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

In my experience, the best thing about Tenjin is the high level KPI overview, which is most useful in acting as a shared dashboard between clients and myself. It does feature an easy to use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

Tenjin, however, fails to offer the depth that we require in order to track the granular details of our products to make meaningful user improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple yet effective mobile attribution service"
4/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

Tenjin was the first attribution tool I had met in the market. It was simple and cost effective, made me ask many times why the other tools are so expensive. As an indie developer back in the time, helped me to understand my attribution data with their own inbuilt graphs, also exporting raw data and joining with customer event data helped me understand user behaviours drilled down via marketing channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

Inbuilt graphs could be more customizable, events could have attributes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great MMP for ad based mobile games"
5/5
What do you like best about Tenjin?

You can do a lot with the free version. Great tool to track UA performance (ROAS) and ad monetization. You can also easily plug APIs from your different partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenjin?

Older versions of the front end had bugs, but it is getting better and better, especially since the release of the last version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
