A common use case involves the transition between (or within) email providers. With today's proliferation of always-available, cloud-based email providers, why would you need a backup MX service? This is because neither Microsoft nor Google allows for the same domain name to be bound to their service at the same time. If you need to migrate your tenant, your domain name will have to be deleted or released from their service causing mail delivery to fail while the new tenant is provisioned and your domain name attached Never lose a message with our backup MX service during your tenant migration. ## Tenant Migration Reviews ### 1. I have been looking for a reliable backup MX service for our customer migrations for a long time. The DuoCircle system worked perfectly and has more features than other solutions we have used in the past. Brad and the team in DuoCircle support were excellent and we definitely will be making this part of our migration toolkit for customers in the future. **What do you dislike about Tenant Migration?** Some aspects of the sign up process were confusing on the Duocircle website regarding the two versions of the tenant migration service offered, but the response from the support team was excellent and provided clarification and resolution rapidly. **What problems is Tenant Migration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google to Google tenant migrations requires downtime for email during the domain switchover. The Tenant migration service spools all email and queues it for delivery post-domain switchover. ### 2. I was looking for a way to ease the client's anxiety by demonstrating that no incoming email would be lost. ### 3.
