I used BitTitan MigrationWiz years ago and I remember it did work to migrate our customer. In 2025 I am working with a new MSP and was given MigrationWiz to help migrate the data. The software does not work as designed, when I get stuck on an error that prevents me from moving forward we have to email support. They can take from 2 days to a week to respond. There is no way to reach a live person. How can we give our customers a time and date for project completion if errors prevent us from completing and support doesnt respond. The tool is unstable: despite following the procedure to the letter, it is impossible to synchronize two Microsoft 365 mailboxes.

Vague and incomprehensible error messages, simply referring to support without any useful explanation.

Ineffective support: no concrete solution was offered, just a refusal of a refund.

Rigid commercial policy: licenses are non-refundable, even if they are unused due to technical problems.

In comparison, another competing tool allowed me to perform exactly the same migration in 15 minutes, without difficulty.

- Responsiveness of support: The few times we encountered an issue, the support was always very responsive and addressed our problems.

I recently used MigrationWiz to migrate our Office 365 accounts from GoDaddy to Microsoft, and the experience was outstanding. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal downtime. Eventhough I didnt opted for thier support service they assisted me in the onboarding process and also reply to the tickets was too quick.I have migrated almost 4 Domains and 60 mailboxes from GoDaddy to Microsoft without loosing a single bit of data.The tool handled all the complexities of the migration seamlessly, ensuring that all our data, including emails, calendars, and contacts, were transferred accurately.
