Tella is perfect for us. The tools are powerful yet easy to use. Support is terrific. We're able to display our SaaS features, edit the recordings, customize our template, and more. **What do you dislike about Tella?** Thus far there's nothing we dislike. The price is affordable, support is responsive, and the features fit our needs. **What problems is Tella solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to produce tutorial videos for users of our new SaaS platform. We unsuccessfully tried a provider that focused mostly on podcast videos. We then found Tella after a Claude search. Tella is perfect for us. ### 2. I also love the Studio voice feature. **What do you dislike about Tella?** I don’t like that, when exporting, you can’t have just the video on its ow, you always have to include a background as part of the exported video. I also wish there were a way to remove elements from the video, or at least hide them, instead of only being able to blur them. **What problems is Tella solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tella helps us tell the story of our product to customers.
