**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

What I like best about Telgorithm is how easy they are to work with. Their team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping us succeed. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed extra support, they’ve been quick to jump in and help. It feels like they’re an extension of our own team.

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

There’s not much to dislike! If I had to pick something, it would be that some of the processes or terminology around SMS compliance and carrier regulations can be a little complex to navigate at first. That said, their team does a great job helping us through it.

**What problems is Telgorithm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telgorithm helps us manage all of our SMS messaging in a reliable and compliant way. They take care of the carrier registration and delivery side so we can focus on communicating with our customers. It’s given us peace of mind knowing messages are getting delivered and that we’re staying compliant.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

I find Telgorithm incredibly valuable for improving message delivery rates and providing insights into why messages fail, which significantly enhances communication with our customers.   I appreciate the access to knowledgeable professionals and their accessible support, ensuring we receive quick and proactive solutions to our issues. It's impressive how they understand the complexities of telecom and SMS, and they effectively communicate with us, making collaboration seamless.   The ability to ensure carrier registration approvals and message delivery within hours instead of days is a massive advantage for our business operations, ensuring we meet our customers' needs promptly.   Additionally, Telgorithm sits at the API level and is well-integrated into our systems, which makes it an integral part of our workflow.   The message delivery reports are conveniently accessible, even if I do wish the dashboard had more features. Overall, Telgorithm's capability to address our critical needs compels me to recommend it highly.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

I really appreciate the quick and efficient support provided by Telgorithm. Their ability to resolve any delivery or hosting issues promptly means that I never have to wait long for solutions—usually just a couple of hours or even minutes. The speed at which they process campaign 10DLC registrations and campaigns is impressive, always staying within a 48-hour timeline and often much quicker. In the event of registration issues, the support team is not only responsive but also offers the best advice for moving forward, which adds a lot of value to our operations. This swift and helpful support is what I like most about Telgorithm, as it significantly enhances efficiency and reliability for our number hosting and messaging configurations.

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

I find that the delivery codes provided by Telgorithm are not specific enough, which often forces us to contact the support team each time there's a delivery or SMS error. If the delivery codes were more detailed, our team might resolve these issues independently, without needing support intervention. Additionally, the number hosting process could be more straightforward. Currently, accessing basic features like number hosting on the home screen would be more convenient than having to execute commands in the backend.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

Telgorithms' support is fantastic, knowledgeable, and responsive. They are consistently able to register our campaigns within 3 days or less; some campaigns have been approved as quickly as a few hours, something we never thought possible. Even supporting multiple providers, we were able to integrate with them quickly.

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

Although their API offers a wide range of powerful features, the user interface does not support all of them. As a result, additional engineering effort is needed to implement supplementary features such as number hosting and porting.

**What problems is Telgorithm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telgorithm has been instrumental in resolving the customer support, registration, and delivery issues we previously experienced with other providers. They consistently manage to get campaigns approved in three days or less, ensuring high delivery rates and providing clear explanations when delivery fails, along with effective solutions. The customers we've transitioned to Telgorithm are noticeably more satisfied with the support we can now offer, thanks to Telgorithm's responsiveness and their willingness to collaborate as a true partner.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

I love using Telgorithm for powering all of our text message sending in our marketing operations. They gave us visibility into why our text messaging campaigns were being accepted or rejected and provided better turnaround times. I really appreciate their excellent customer success team; Kris and Dasi have been super responsive and gave a lot of informative answers to questions in our shared Slack channel. I think the level of transparency and knowledge they bring to the industry is amazing. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

There are probably certain reports that might be easier to access in their dashboard, but I seldom touch those.

Telgorithm provides us visibility into text campaign acceptance, which was lacking with Twilio, and speeds up turnaround times.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

I greatly appreciate Telgorithm for facilitating a streamlined way of real-time communication, which is extremely beneficial for our clients, particularly in the fitness studios where text messaging is the most common method of communication. The straightforward setup of Telgorithm made it easy for us to integrate into our operations seamlessly. Additionally, the pricing and overall partnership were deciding factors over considering other vendors like Twilio. The capability to forward texts to phones, as well as allowing clients to port old phone numbers, instills confidence in them that they won’t miss out on any communication, which has been a significant advantage. Our clients are generally happy with the support they receive, and we have encountered very few complaints. Telgorithm’s ability to function reliably without causing issues ensures I would happily purchase it again, as long as it continues to work as it does today.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

Telgorithm has been a great partner!

Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, the Telgorithm team is quick to reply and helpful in their support. Special shoutout to Dasi and Christian!

I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond when I had a sensitive client situation. The Telgorithm team helped ease my concerns and gave me a better understanding of how setting up a phone number for our clients works. 

The platform is well organized and purchasing phone numbers is super easy. The connection time from purchase of the number to full integration with our product is fast, usually within the same day or even hour!

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

It would be helpful to have data about texts sent/received beyond the 48hr window, but I don't think that is actually something Telgorithm can control.

I would like a search bar on the Messaging Configs and Campaigns tabs. Sometimes I need to manually create a config and link it to the campaigns. I have to scroll through the campaigns until I can find the one I am looking for since there is no search option.

It would also be cool to be able to create a Messaging Config from within the Campaign settings.

The ability to duplicate a Messaging Config or have a template config would be great since ours are all the same except the titles (and the numbers connected).

These are not necessarily dislikes, just things that could make our process even smoother.

Telgorithm helps us provide a texting inbox for our clients to be able to interact with their customers.

We've used Telgorithm at Walla for several years now. The team there has always been very informative about any changes we need to be aware of and answered any of our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Their support is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. They have been a great partner for us and our clients as they integrate with our software with ease.

As with any provider, they don't control certain regulatory changes in the industry. They do their best to manage these changes and communicate them appropriately.

Telgorithm has provided a two way texting solution for our clients. It has integrated easily with our software and has been easy for our team to use and issue campaigns.

Being a bit newer, they don't have total feature parity with larger competitors, but they are adding features quickly (and methodically), so it really hasn't impacted us too much.

The amazing staff! The support is proactive and always extremely timely whenever we need anyone on the Telgorithm team. They are helpful and can break down sometimes difficult to understand rules/laws about texting services.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

Telgorithm offers a multitude of text communication features. They were incredibly easy to work with and the product was easy to get integrated with our system. One of their strongest points would have to be their customer support. Their people were not only able to be responsive, but they had extensive knowldege of the product and their industry. They were able to help walk us through some lengthy processes.

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

One possible downside to Telgorithm is that they currently do not offer voice communications. Therefore, if someone wants to do text and voice they would need a different plaform for the voice communications.

Telgorithm is allowing use to streamline our text communications process and allowing us the ability to reach consumers with ease.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

- Each member of the Telgorithm support and engineering team is a proficient A2P expert. For inquiries concerning A2P Brand/Campaign registration, the Telgorithm team offers guidance that ensures guaranteed A2P compliance for your customers' campaigns.

- The APIs are thoroughly documented and user-friendly.

- The Telgorithm team not only accepts feature requests but also actively considers them for future development.

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

Had I written this review before our company migrated from Twilio, I might have highlighted the absence of the call-forwarding feature as a drawback. Nevertheless, the engineering team introduced the v1/Voice/EnableVoiceFeature API shortly after onboarding, effectively resolving our issue.

**What problems is Telgorithm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Smart queueing outbound messages ensures our customers never exceed their Campaign message throughput limit, and messages are not seen as spam by the network.

- Ability to manage our customer's A2P registration from E2E.

**What do you like best about Telgorithm?**

We're a startup that was originally with Twilio but after needing better control and better pricing, we switched to Telgorithm. The API integration itself was very easy and required minimal hand-holding from the team. The one piece that I appreciate the most from Telgorithm is their customer service team. The turnaround time on even some of our most complicated questions can be measured in minutes, if not seconds. They are by far the quickest, and most informative business partner that we have.


Overall, Telgorithm is an easy API integration and an easy recommendation. Their tools are user intuitive and their APIs were easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Telgorithm?**

Currently, they only support texting within the US so this does impact a small portion of our international customers.

Transactional and non-tranasactional text messages

The employees do not also seem certain or to understand the information that they are relaying to us, and this is the reason for using Telgorithm, to have the services of a company that better understands the process.

The team has been fantastic in providing guidance with the initial implementation, and they continue to be incredibly helpful navigating the waters of A2P 10DLC as well as other technical issues and best practices.  We rarely have any issues, but when we do, the team consistently goes above and beyond to help.  I'm really glad I found Telgorithm to provide this solution for our company.
