I greatly appreciate Telgorithm for facilitating a streamlined way of real-time communication, which is extremely beneficial for our clients, particularly in the fitness studios where text messaging is the most common method of communication. The straightforward setup of Telgorithm made it easy for us to integrate into our operations seamlessly. Additionally, the pricing and overall partnership were deciding factors over considering other vendors like Twilio. The capability to forward texts to phones, as well as allowing clients to port old phone numbers, instills confidence in them that they won’t miss out on any communication, which has been a significant advantage. Our clients are generally happy with the support they receive, and we have encountered very few complaints.
