What I like most about Telgorithm is their incredibly fast, helpful support. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, the team responds quickly and is always willing to help. A special shout-out to Dasi, who has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable, and is genuinely a pleasure to work with. Having great customer support has made a big difference in our overall experience.

Exceptional Support, industry knowledge, and Reliable Messaging with Telgorithm
Their support is exceptional and they partner with you to help you succeed with your messaging needs! They have excellent knowledge about 10DLC requirements and advocate for you in the process of getting campaigns approved. Our transition to Telgorithm from a previous provider was terrific and it made a difficult process in general much more manageable. Their smart queuing has been excellent and they have been very reliable in terms of up time. They listen well and have updated APIs based on requests we have made.

Seamless Text Messaging and Campaign Approvals with Exceptional Support
I love using Telgorithm for powering all of our text message sending in our marketing operations. They gave us visibility into why our text messaging campaigns were being accepted or rejected and provided better turnaround times. I really appreciate their excellent customer success team; Kris and Dasi have been super responsive and gave a lot of informative answers to questions in our shared Slack channel. I think the level of transparency and knowledge they bring to the industry is amazing. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
