Are all users categories like billing linked to tasks?

How do I integrate Temwork Project with other software?
We needed to use gnatt chart for the projects. If teamwork project can be integrated with any other software that creates gatt chart it might be even more useful.
How often are the updates made?
There are some glitches in the gantt chart creation for projects, sometimes the dates dont match to activity deadline dates.
Can i add a forecast date for the activity in addition to a planned date
Means im adding a task against a person and giving him a planned date, i need a provision for the assigned person to update the forecast date for the completion of the task, so that we can calculate the performance of each people.
What is the best way to present users with billing/charge categories that are not linked to tasks?
Allow users to charge time against a project for billing purposes without associating a specific task to that time.
