TeamWave has been a great tool that has accommodated all the PM team management requirements. The best feature is it allows you to collaborate with other partners and contractors you are working with at the moment which is a huge convenience to the project itself. The reports and dashboard option has been quite useful for the weekly team meetings as well. **What do you dislike about TeamWave?** No complaints so far with the experience. It would take a bit of time for a novice user to get used to the software but once you get the hang of it, there's no stopping you. **What problems is TeamWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the team would be the most beneficial of all the features for a project manager. It is built to provide features for CRM, project management and HR management for seamless and smooth workflows and operations which makes work processes a lot easier and seamless. Collaboration is easy as functional areas( in my organization) and individuals can easily converge on a singular page for communication and Idea flow spaces and more. **What do you dislike about TeamWave?** It is not an Ideal package for the entirety of all business processes there is as we have other soft wares that are more specialized in particular processes. **Recommendations to others considering TeamWave:** Go through the entire features before getting the soft ware to make sure it is what you want but once you get it, i promise it is everything you ever wanted in a CRM software for free. It takes a while to understand how to configure the app correctly.
