**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

TeamWave is very ideal and very practical to use by a company catering to remote team members. You can easily monitor the progress of each tasks in a quick glimpse. Projects are also arranged systematically in a very organized manner. Highly recommended for digital marketing agencies.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

There's no such thing as I dislike TeamWave. I only have recommendations to widen its scope of users so that all companies can benefit from TeamWave's useful features.

**What problems is TeamWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the progress of everyone's tasks is very easy and a team leader can have ample time to do other priority tasks because TeamWave helps a lot in saving time to monitor every team member.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

The most important part of project management is to make sure you have the right team and it's managed properly. TeamWave has been a great tool that has accommodated all the PM team management requirements. The best feature is it allows you to collaborate with other partners and contractors you are working with at the moment which is a huge convenience to the project itself. The reports and dashboard option has been quite useful for the weekly team meetings as well.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

No complaints so far with the experience. It would take a bit of time for a novice user to get used to the software but once you get the hang of it, there's no stopping you.

**What problems is TeamWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of the team would be the most beneficial of all the features for a project manager. The time reporting, tracking of missing timesheets and productivity analysis play an important role in T&M projects also to ensure that we are within budget and time for everything.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

This program creates the best CRM to monitor the project's progress and collect better team suggestions. This is among the top in terms of functionality and simplicity. You can work anywhere at any time. It aids in work organization. I really love listing tasks by priority. Here, the following priorities are followed accordingly. All tasks were itemized. It saves a lot of time because you are able to see what needed to be done first.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

Since this software is all in one, sometimes the functionalities could be confusing. They can provide more explanation about the functionalities. The configuration menu is quite difficult to understand. But this comes at first. Eventually, when you get to understand functionalities and all, you will be able to see things improving.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamWave:**

I highly recommend Teamwave. It is a must-have CRM for all. Once you've gone through the process of knowing the tool, it can be a time investment in which you won't waste any time. Once you've mastered it, you can more easily get other people to learn more rapidly than you could have done, but your team will grow more and more.

**What problems is TeamWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with the management of tasks, projects, and contacts. It simplified the way we conducted business. Regularly, backups on file documentation, made any process simple together with the monitoring of email activity, client information is saved without copies not allowed, and distributed teams have increased the fluidity of work.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

With TeamWave, projects  are planned and organized. All parties involved are been integrated structurally. The software offers a very user-friendly, intuitive, and straightforward project management and CRM management experience. The resources enable the work created with the tool to be more effective and of higher quality.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

The tool successfully satiated my everyday requirements for work assignments. Although it is incomplete, the resources employed were effective, and as of right now, I can think of nothing bad to say about it.

The tool improved the quality of task integration into the set plan and the ability to follow the schedule of activities. The projects were better organized thanks to TeamWave.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

TeamWave allows the organization of the project and the integration of all those involved in a structured and organized way. The platform provides a very intuitive and simple user experience in project management and CRM management. The resources allow greater efficiency and quality in the work developed with the tool.

The tool satisfactorily met my daily needs in work tasks.It is not complete, but the resources used were efficient and at the moment I have no negative points to point out.

Start a project and notify all team members including your client. This tool makes the BEST CRM to track the status of the project and gives better ideas from the team.

So far all the things that I need are in this CRM. Very neat when it comes from the UI and easy to use and understand the function. That's why it's the BEST CRM for me.

I'm happy to recommend this CRM to my colleagues or even friends from other companies. They might see the things that they need on this CRM.

The leads dashboard! It's the best among all other CRMs I've used. The convenience to simply drag and drop leads to different stages is so easy!

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

Nothing really with respect to the platform. But Pricing is a bit of a concern especially if you are a smaller team.

Streamlining our sales pipeline has become simple and effective ever since we started using teamwave. Now we know at what stages the leads are stuck and we get to focus more on that particular stage by deploying various strategies.

You can work anytime, anywhere. It helps you organize your work. Priorities are done accordingly. It saves time since all tasks were listed so you will know what's need to be done first.

I am confused a little about some lacking descriptions that I need to search on how it works. Though everything was fine. It just needs more clear instructions.

Team Work organization. Organized work not just for you alone but along with your team. You will be able to monitor their improvement and help them meet targets.

This tool's versatility pertains to me. It includes a number of consumer management solutions. There are also a plethora of useful guides available. It's extremely simple to use and ensures that our leads are in order It is extremely important in the automation process.

They should provide more explanation about the functionalities. For some people, who have never used any CRM, some functionalities may look confusing.

Managing tasks, contracts, deals, and schedue. Things are much more organized in our company now.

I have experience of using all major CRMs out there. And I must say this is one of the best in terms of functionalities and ease of use so far.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

They should have provided little more explanation about the functions the CRM provides. So, I felt it’s a little complicated to learn sometimes.

If anyone is looking forward to a long-term CRM solution, then this is undoubtedly the best option. Once you invest a considerable amount of time understanding the tool, it will be an asset for you.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

Teamwave is a tool with a lot of possibilities. I run a mid size company and this tool solves all our CRM and project management needs. Teamwave offers a lot beyond that, but we chose only what we want. It’s flexible, easy to use and features like Gsuite integration helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

Been using it for almost 6 months - never had any problem with anything - always seen things are improving.

First and foremost, I like Teamwave because it’s an integration of many software. If anyone is looking for an easy to use CRM solution, they must choose TeamWave.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

Teamwave is a great program in which I like to work in distinctive work teams, to be able to effectively manage projects and tasks with the most skilled personnel in the corresponding areas with which we seek to decrease the time it takes to do the entire organization and planning of a particular job and yet we do not detract from the quality of the work that will be directed to review or even directly to be sold to potential customers, the fluidity with which we manage to work by its characteristics of CRM, a set of functions that elevate the usefulness of this program.


**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

It doesn't have much explanation about the functions it provides; making it have a long and even complicated learning curve, the support is far from being up to what they offer besides some sample videos that have to fall short to really apply the functions, with a configuration menu difficult to understand; fixing everything correctly is a broad process to perform.


**Recommendations to others considering TeamWave:**

The set of many programs that work in this unique tool makes it a good option for long-term business development; with the time you will need to apply to put it to work properly, once you have gone through the process of understanding the tool can be an investment of time in which you will not have any waste, once mastered you can more easily get other people to learn more quickly than you could have done, but your team will expand more and more.

Backups on file documentation; repeatedly, became easier to manage, customer data and distributed teams has improved the fluidity of work, the efficiency of the final results that these bring to no doubts or concerns about the administration of assigned tasks, making any process is easy along with the monitoring of email activities, customer information is stored without copies not allowed.

Not too much support on internet. Some features are missing like budgeting , which hopefully added soon to benefit users.

Documents are directly transfer deals through it without copying it. Earlier I used to upload deal documents. Also, top level can view progress of deals undertaken by subordinates. I enjoy this feature.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

It delivers a nice package to help businesses handle every known business processes one can think of. It is built to provide features for CRM, project management and HR management for seamless and smooth workflows and operations which makes work processes a lot easier and seamless. Collaboration is easy as functional areas( in my organization) and individuals can easily converge on a singular page for communication and Idea flow spaces and more.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

It is not an Ideal package for the entirety of all business processes there is as we have other soft wares  that are more specialized in particular processes.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamWave:**

Go through the entire features before getting the soft ware to make sure it is what you want but once you get it, i promise it is everything you ever wanted in a CRM software for free. Good news is you only pay for a few exclusive features.

It lets me manage projects, contacts, deals via email and also by integrating with popular services. The smart inbox present in TeamWave lets companies keep track of important emails related to deals and projects. It just generally makes business processes a lot easier

The fact that TeamWave intergrates crucial business elements such as CRM, project management and human resources(HR) is one thing fascinating about the online-based software. Guess what again! TeamWave has the capability to tackle crucial business processes ranging from collaboration, markwting and sales not forgeting marketing automation and tracking.

Its a thumbs up for TeamWave. It is really solving problems for businesses out here.

Highly recommendable because it is free and it provides users with an option to subscribe to optional features.

One problem being solved is downloading or copying files. Unlike other platforms,  TeamWave through the intergration of various business processes ebable one to transfer files directly.
It also hellps in document and deal tracking. This is achieved through the control of contacts project deals using email.

Gives a young company a clear solution to on how to manage their customers.  Gives the company options and clear comparisons to go about the solution in the best way possible. It delivers features for the complex sales environment that is not available in other CRM software.

Sometimes there can be too many solutions to a problem, and it can be difficult to figure out which is the correct one for you.

It would be wrong of you not to consider other CRM software, like launchpad.

We use TeamWave for our CRM, project management, time tracking - when I have a problem, they respond quickly! Also Gmail add-on works great!

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

Their HR app has limited features and is still evolving. But they do have a lot of features in their product roadmap.

Better team organization, one place to track all project communications.

We wanted a single platform to manage our business. We dont like the idea of using & paying for  different tools and integrating them so we can remain productive. TeamWave solves that to a great extent.

**What do you like best about TeamWave?**

Suite of must have services that include CRM, collaboration and HR. Each individual service offer a comprehensive set of features. It compares well to other integrated solutions such as Zoho or Insightly and offers more than single function products that only do invoicing, time tracking or CRM.

**What do you dislike about TeamWave?**

Settings area is rather confusing. It takes a while to understand how to configure the app correctly. The training videos are not upto the mark.

I like the software because it is easy to use. It's like many software integrated in one.

We wanted a central source of truth for all our customer & team data. TeamWave has many features that improve team productivity and avoid data duplication.
