**What do you like best about Teamed?**

The most helpful thing about using Teamed has honestly been the support and communication. I have mainly been working with Vicki, and she has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

She is clear, responsive, proactive with updates, and always follows up when needed. No matter what the query is, she is helpful, positive, and solution-focused, which makes such a difference when dealing with employee relations and transition processes.

Compared with other platforms we have used, Teamed feels much more personal and supportive. Vicki has genuinely made the whole experience so much smoother, and she is a real asset to Teamed.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

There isn’t anything major I would highlight as a downside. Some processes naturally take a bit of time because of the compliance and coordination involved, but that’s expected with this type of platform. The support and communication from Teamed has helped make that feel much smoother.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamed is helping us manage employee transitions and employment-related processes more efficiently and with much clearer communication.

It has made it easier to understand the steps involved, stay on top of timelines, and make sure the right information is provided at the right time. This has reduced uncertainty and saved time, while also giving us confidence that the process is being handled properly and compliantly.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

Very personable and friendly, and it was very easy to build rapport with the team, but also professional. Regardless of the nature or complexity of the situation at hand, they handled it with grace and made me feel completely at ease, confident that everything was taken care of by genuine experts - not just someone following a checklist on a screen.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

It’s hard to single out anything specific because they were genuinely fantastic throughout. There were a couple of occasions when responses were a bit delayed, but to be fair, that seemed more down to the complexity of the issue than any lack of competence.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They take care of all international (non-UK) employment needs, covering both the day-to-day statutory and operational requirements as well as the broader legal and compliance side.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

I like that Teamed solved the problem for us, allowing us to hire internationally (mainly Western Europe and South Africa). It's also relatively low cost compared to other EORs out there. The initial setup was easy for me, and we initially had a dedicated account manager, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

The communication, especially when it comes to solving problems for employees, could be better. We have a visa application ongoing for a potential employee where I had to follow-up four times with each email to get feedback for quite an urgent matter. I get it that visa's are not the core offer, but if it's offered, then it should be handled in a manner that I expect if I pay for it. Also, there are people in the company who do handle things really well, but I constantly need to follow-up with others, and it's just annoying. It's not the way that we wanna show up as a company in general against our employees. Additionally, the promises given during the sales process, like how fast onboardings will be, didn’t really turn out to be true every time. We had a dedicated account manager in the beginning, but she just vanished at some point, and no one told us. Since then, it's been kind of going downhill. The average onboarding has been taking 1-2 weeks now and sometimes new employees received their contract only after their first day working with us.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamed to hire internationally since we can't hire outside the US. It solves this problem for us at a relatively low cost compared to other EORs.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

I really like Teamed's customer service and flexibility. Their customer service is second to none, and they always go above and beyond to structure employment arrangements within the bounds of the law.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

Honestly, I don’t have any issues to report. They may not use the same tech stack as the big guys, but the customer support and overall experience more than make up for it. So for me, it’s really not a problem.

Teamed lets us hire global talent without setting up local entities, accessing talent pools in regions we don't operate in, and letting our team work flexibly in regions that they want to live.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

I appreciate how Teamed takes care of all the employment documents, especially since the employers don't have an entity in my country. I really like the great managers and the full onboarding. The easy-to-use interface is fantastic, as it allows me to access the holiday panel, check past holidays, and see how many holidays I have left. I can see my contract details, line managers, benefits, and everything in one place. It's not staged at all. Initially setting it up is quick, taking only about five minutes to open the interface, fill in details, and have the company update my contract plans.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

I think it's just too long to have the back and forth going between teamed and my CEO to confirm some details. And, also, he hasn't provided any details on Health insurance benefits, for example.

I think the easiest part was how easy it was to go through the process with Teamed, as there was no hassle or requirements from my end. It was the smoothest onboarding experience I've had with any company. The process was so smooth that I didn't even realize it was done. They just asked for a few basic details, and my account was set up without any questions or issues. I feel they have done a really good job of providing a seamless onboarding experience with Teamed.

To be honest, I am pretty satified with the service they offered and they improve their response time when I have an urgent topic to discuss.

Dealing with the local law when it comes to contract, legal. It allows the company to hire anywhere in the world but they also provide guidance regarding some countries and the impact for the company.

I like how great Teamed is because it means we don't need an in-house HR department. I like how quick the response time is with our contact, Maria, in Teamed. I also like how easy it is to book time off. The initial setup was very easy, and the initial call I had with them was very informative.

To be honest getting set up on Pluxee was a little slow but I think this was on Pluxee's end.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

The people I’ve gotten in touch with have been very kind and responsive, and they always have answers to all my questions. The platform is also easy to use, whether I’m adding expenses or creating an employee profile.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

I receive many follow-up emails about issued invoices, and I also find it frustrating that if expenses aren’t submitted by the cut-off date, employees only receive their reimbursements at the end of the following month.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Teamed mainly helps us with offboarding employees for redundancy-related reasons. It’s not an easy process, especially in countries like Portugal.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

Easy to use with fast onboarding. The dashboard gives me all the relevant information right when I need it, and the calendar works great. What I like most is the simplicity of the ap, it’s not overloaded, each page focuses on a single piece of information, which makes it very easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

It took about two months before I could start viewing my payslips in the app. In the meantime, the company that hired me in Argentina (Serviapp) had another platform where I could see them in advance, before they appeared in Teamed. I’d like to add a suggestion: it would be great if Teamed showed which company is connected to my account. In my case, it’s Serviapp, and having that visible in the app would add more transparency.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamed allows me to continue working for my company in Germany while living in Argentina. It makes me feel great to stay connected with my team remotely and still enjoy all the benefits of being officially employed in Argentina. It removes the stress of dealing with international contracts or payments on my own, and gives me the stability of a local contract with all the protections that come with it. This combination of flexibility and security is a huge benefit for me

The onboarding process was both fast and highly informative. The Teamed representative made sure to explain everything I needed to know in a clear and understandable way, and was exceptionally helpful in answering any additional questions I had. The dashboard is easy to use and includes all the features I need whenever I want to check something. I also asked for some changes to the initial draft of my contract, and they were able to make those adjustments very quickly.

At this point, I haven't encountered any negatives, but I'll remain attentive as I continue to use Teamed.

I love the speed of response and the positive attitude of the team at Teamed. The setup process is very concise, supported by video conferencing calls to ensure understanding, even accommodating unique situations. The simplicity of Teamed’s usage is outstanding, providing us with necessary invoices and ensuring accurate payments to employees, including tax and service fees. It's incredibly helpful for managing international hires, allowing us to comply with local taxes and employment legalities without setting up a company from scratch.

I find that Teamed could benefit from enhancing their support regarding tax frameworks in various countries. Currently, we have to source a separate legal team to handle tax compliance alongside the finance and HR support provided by Teamed.

I like that everything in Teamed is easy and fast, and I can manage everything through the website. I especially value the tool for scheduling vacations. Additionally, the initial setup of Teamed was very easy.

I would like Teamed to be available in Spanish. It is not available in Spanish and since it is something legal, it is important to read it in our own language.

Teamed helps me obtain labor benefits in my country while working for a foreign company, manages my payroll and receipts. Everything is easy and quick to manage on their website, and I especially value the tool for scheduling vacations.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

My company used Teamed’s EOR services to relocate me to Japan. I communicated with them mostly by myself, and my employer only needed to take part in the most important conversations and decisions. The communication was very easy. At first, I sent them a message on WhatsApp, and then they provided me with their email address. The employees at Teamed were very helpful and always provided me with the necessary information. The whole process from my first message to my arrival in Japan took a few months, but I can understand why: relocating someone is not a simple process. Their website is also easy to use. The onboarding process went smoothly, and now I am working for my company from Japan. It has always been my dream to live here, and I am so happy that my employer used Teamed’s services to make this happen.
In terms of ease of implementation, everything was straightforward and well-guided, so I never felt lost during the process. As for frequency of use, I stayed in regular contact with Teamed throughout my relocation, and they were always helpful. Sometimes the replies were not instant, but they always came back to me with the information I needed. Regarding ease of integration, both the platform and the team made it very simple for me to adapt and settle into working from Japan without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

I don't think there are any real downsides. The EOR monthly fee can be a bit high for small companies, but that is not specific to Teamed. EOR services in general can't be significantly cheaper.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamed solved the complex problem of relocating me to Japan and handling all the related processes. They guided me and my employer step by step, provided clear information, and made the whole transition much smoother. Thanks to their support, I was able to settle in and start working from Japan without unnecessary stress, which allowed me to focus fully on my job and personal goals.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

It is the first time I have used an EOR platform, and it was very easy for me to onboard and set up my organization. When I had certain issues, customer support was glad to help me quickly.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

Nothing dramatic. There was one instance where I needed assistance with a special request to get the monthly invoice a bit earlier than expected, and it took a few days to process the request. But in the end, I received it right on time I needed.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have moved to the UK and our company is based in Israel. Instead of opening a new office in the UK just for me, I can use Teamed for that. No need to waste my time on bureaucratic tasks.

**What do you like best about Teamed?**

What I like most about Teamed is its very rapid feedback speed. No matter which country I am working in globally, especially when working in China, it can respond quickly and provide solutions to my questions. Whether it's quick communication or swiftly handling onboarding procedures, Teamed always manages to handle things promptly. Additionally, it can recommend some local experts and support staff in China, which makes me very satisfied. Moreover, I find the initial setup process of Teamed relatively simple, and after completing the information registration, the feedback is very quick, and my current experience using it is quite good.

**What do you dislike about Teamed?**

The issue with the system interface, for example, is that Teamed's interface is still European, which differs from the actual situation in China, especially regarding the differences in bank cards and banking information for different countries. Apart from this, there are no other unsatisfactory aspects.

**What problems is Teamed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamed helps me implement a model for working across countries. Even when collaborating with overseas colleagues, it can handle China-related benefits and payroll issues, while also managing onboarding procedures and dealing with employer requirements. It also assists me with identity information registration and resolving local social security issues in China. It has greatly supported my work in China.

Upsides are that I have access to local HR expertise, as opposed to being advised by UK staff who do not have the knowledge of the local Spanish rules and regulations. It's also a simple platform to use.

I have only been using Teamed for a very short time so it's hard to note a downside. Obviously it is more of a remote experience then dealing with regular colleagues. It is more removed but totally sufficient for what is needed.
