What do you like best about Teamed?

Easy to use with fast onboarding. The dashboard gives me all the relevant information right when I need it, and the calendar works great. What I like most is the simplicity of the ap, it’s not overloaded, each page focuses on a single piece of information, which makes it very easy to navigate and use. What do you dislike about Teamed?

It took about two months before I could start viewing my payslips in the app. In the meantime, the company that hired me in Argentina (Serviapp) had another platform where I could see them in advance, before they appeared in Teamed. I’d like to add a suggestion: it would be great if Teamed showed which company is connected to my account. In my case, it’s Serviapp, and having that visible in the app would add more transparency. What do you like best about Teamed?

I appreciate Teamed for its excellent problem-solving attitude, which makes addressing any concerns with pay and holidays straightforward. Whenever I have doubts or questions, their readiness to respond via email provides a reliable support channel. I also love the option to book meetings to discuss and resolve any uncertainties directly with them, which I find incredibly useful. Additionally, the initial setup of Teamed was exceptionally easy, earning a perfect 10 out of 10 rating from me for its simplicity. I like that Teamed seemed easy and I had very quick support. They communicated my concerns about the contract to my potential employer quickly. The setup was super easy; it took less than a day, and I had an onboarding call where they explained how everything worked. The platform is really intuitive and easy to use. What do you like best about Teamed?

The onboarding process was both fast and highly informative. The Teamed representative made sure to explain everything I needed to know in a clear and understandable way, and was exceptionally helpful in answering any additional questions I had. The dashboard is easy to use and includes all the features I need whenever I want to check something. What do you like best about Teamed?

I love the speed of response and the positive attitude of the team at Teamed. The setup process is very concise, supported by video conferencing calls to ensure understanding, even accommodating unique situations. The simplicity of Teamed’s usage is outstanding, providing us with necessary invoices and ensuring accurate payments to employees, including tax and service fees. It's incredibly helpful for managing international hires, allowing us to comply with local taxes and employment legalities without setting up a company from scratch. What do you like best about Teamed?

My company used Teamed’s EOR services to relocate me to Japan. I communicated with them mostly by myself, and my employer only needed to take part in the most important conversations and decisions. The communication was very easy. At first, I sent them a message on WhatsApp, and then they provided me with their email address. The employees at Teamed were very helpful and always provided me with the necessary information. The whole process from my first message to my arrival in Japan took a few months, but I can understand why: relocating someone is not a simple process. Their website is also easy to use. The onboarding process went smoothly, and now I am working for my company from Japan. It has always been my dream to live here, and I am so happy that my employer used Teamed’s services to make this happen.

In terms of ease of implementation, everything was straightforward and well-guided, so I never felt lost during the process. As for frequency of use, I stayed in regular contact with Teamed throughout my relocation, and they were always helpful. Sometimes the replies were not instant, but they always came back to me with the information I needed. Regarding ease of integration, both the platform and the team made it very simple for me to adapt and settle into working from Japan without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamed?

I don't think there are any real downsides. The EOR monthly fee can be a bit high for small companies, but that is not specific to Teamed. EOR services in general can't be significantly cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t have much to say. Maybe a little frustration when you have to change the account manager you are speaking with even though I understand the reason. I had a good transition so it’s all good.

Maybe it could be useful to have direct resource regarding the local laws when hiring in a new country for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
