Soda Reviews & Product Details

Soda is the knowledge layer that gives commercial teams the context they need to close more deals, retain more customers, and onboard new reps faster. It runs in the background, capturing context across calls and conversations to build living profiles for every customer, prospect, and account. Profiles update as your team works, every detail is traceable to its source, and the whole account team works from one shared picture. A living profile for every customer. Every conversation, every detail, every decision your team picks up adds to a living profile. What was discussed. What was promised. The personal details people share in passing. The decisions, next steps, and changes over time. The profile compounds the longer you use Soda, building the most complete picture of every relationship. Capture without homework. Soda doesn't ask anyone to take notes, update records, or change how they work. There's no app to open, no bot joining the meeting, no dashboard to check. Knowledge capture happens in the background, so your team can focus on the customer, instead of the system. Search from anywhere. Double-press the command key (⌘⌘) to bring everything Soda knows to wherever you're working. Mid-call, mid-proposal, mid-anything. Search every customer, every conversation, every decision your team has captured, without leaving the window you're in. No tab switch, no app to open, no break in flow. One shared brain. Months to build the relationship. An hour to hand it over. Soda gives the whole account team one shared brain. What the AE learns is there for the CSM. Any new contacts the CSM uncovers go back to the BDR. Handovers don't break the relationship. New reps ramp faster. The customer never has to repeat themselves.
