TaxCPC Reviews & Product Details

TaxCPC is a cloud-based TDS and TCS compliance software from Figment Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., built for banks, PSUs, large corporates and CA firms that file high volumes of quarterly TDS and TCS returns across multiple TANs and branches. TaxCPC covers the full TDS cycle, from data upload to return filing, certificates and default resolution, in one secure application available around the clock. Key features: Return preparation and filing: Prepare and file Form 138 (24Q), Form 140 (26Q), Form 144 (27Q) and Form 143 (27EQ), both regular and correction statements, for every TAN, and generate the FVU file for upload. Bulk data upload: Upload deductee, deduction and challan data from Excel in bulk instead of keying entries one by one. Pre-filing validation: Every record is validated before the FVU file is generated, so PAN, challan and section errors are fixed before filing, not after a default. Bulk PAN and challan checks: Verify PANs in bulk and match challans against the CSI file, so invalid PANs and unmatched challans are caught early. Interest and late fee calculation: Interest on late deduction or late payment and the late filing fee are calculated automatically, so the amount due is clear before filing. TDS certificates in bulk: Issue Form 130 (Form 16), Form 131 (Form 16A) and Form 133 (Form 27D) to employees, vendors and collectees in one run each quarter. TRACES default resolution: Request Conso files and justification reports directly from within TaxCPC. Then review short deduction, short payment, late filing and PAN defaults in one place, and clear them through correction statements. Correction statements: Correct deductee, challan and PAN details in a filed return and submit a revised statement without re-keying the whole quarter. Why teams choose TaxCPC: Built for high-volume deductors with many TANs and branches Fewer defaults, notices, interest and late fees Secure cloud access with strict data privacy Developed by chartered accountants and IT engineers working side by side, so changes in tax law reach the product quickly Banks, PSUs and corporates across India file their quarterly TDS and TCS returns on TaxCPC, backed by Figment’s 14+ years in tax compliance. TaxCPC is also available within FigmentOne, alongside GSTCPC, 26ASCPC, NoticeCPC and VenCPC.
