Tango makes it super easy to document processes and procedures for both our internal HR team and for our team members in our company. It's so nice that I can quickly go through a process, have tango take step-by-step screenshots and label the action for me and then I can go in and edit the photos if I need to blur something or zoom in and update the labels for each step, then I can copy it and put it on my company letterhead. I was disappointed to find that downloading the PDF is a paid feature. It’s a bit frustrating to finish a great guide and realize you can't save it offline for free. Also, the free version only works in the browser, so I can't use it to document my process in desktop apps like Blender or Photoshop.
