It is very simple to use make any changes that may be required to the manual and to share your creatins. The free version allows one to export the creation with a watermarked PDF but for me it is not a game changer. I really enjoy using the product, it is also fun to use. **What do you dislike about Tango?** The only thing I think I dislike is that sometimes it does not recognise charters if they are imbeded in an image. Now with Tango, that has all changed. I use Tango for everything. Enablement material, platform documentation, and even quick internal communications. - It's easy to get started - It's intuitive and everyone on the team can get going quickly - I haven't had to use Customer Support yet so I can't speak to that, but that's a good thing in my mind! - It has all kinds of features like custom branding and embedding to seamlessly weave into an existing LMS or documentation center Tango has saved me so much time and energy getting an initial version of our platform documentation stood up and maintained as we continue to move quickly and our product's look and feel evolves. **What do you dislike about Tango?** I honestly can't think of one. The ONLY time waster I can think of in my workflow recently has been screenshot cropping. When doing my screenshots, it would be amazing if Tango was smart enough to detect the same components across my entire workspace and I could bulk apply the same changes. I had a sandbox banner at the top of every screenshot I took and had to manually crop it out every time it popped up depending on the zoom level. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tango is helping our small (but mighty) team get to solving big documentation problems that all startups have. It would take at least 4x as long to create the doc library we have today doing it the "old fashioned" way. ### 13. It's convenient for me during the creation process, and it's convenient for the team that uses the Tangos I create to teach or learn something. I'm not going to look for other similar tools because Tango is the first and only of its kind (at least for me) and I'll stay with it. I also like how easy it is to embed the trainings on our SharePoint and help desk. **What do you dislike about Tango?** The pricing is fairly high ($16/user/mo if you have an annual plan) and they just made decreased the amount of free workflows from 25 to 15. Edit on 11/20/2023 - Tango's pricing will be going up, they have also changed a lot of the features such that you will need to have a pro account in order to use them. The've made the process more confusing and difficult to get through.
