What I Like (Pros):

I think Tango should be a must-have for any team. I'm a product manager and whether I'm working with customers directly or colleagues, sharing a simple guide to a software, to a certain action, is gold, especially because the interface is really simple and it's really easy to understand and use it the first time without any training, compared to other products on the market. With the recent upgrades, I'm excited about the branching improvements that simplify work, and AI voice trascriptions and video are another big thing. I'm sure Tango will become more and more widespread. Many colleagues of mine have started using it, and I hope it becomes more widely adopted in my company because it will give a useful tool for everybody to simplify work, create guides, sharing knowledge and waste way less time in "5 minutes call" to explain something. the free version is a bit limited, you need to go to a more expensive version to a have full control. Probably a compromise would be to have a middle ground version for $10-15 with basic pro features to give a better taste of how it works when you start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
