**What do you like best about TalnFlo?**

Talnflo’s dashboard is clean and concise, and it keeps all candidates visible no matter where they are in the recruiting process. The integration with my Outlook calendar prevents double entry and also offers the option to use a Calendly link for interviews.

Support from the Talnflo team during onboarding was top-notch, even though I found the interface and overall process intuitive from the start. We’re spending less time coordinating applicants across multiple job boards and more time running the business. I’m excited to keep using Talnflo for my next hires.

**What do you dislike about TalnFlo?**

With Talnflo still in beta, I expect candidate adoption to increase in the near future, and our company could benefit from a larger pool of applicants.

**What problems is TalnFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re a small, growing startup without a formal HR or recruiting process. Talnflo has been saving our team a lot of time by consolidating what used to be multiple recruitment steps into a single dashboard. We’re also excited to use the native automations for future postings, and the market research features have helped us pinpoint appropriate salary ranges for our job descriptions.
