PrettyMay Skype Call Recorder is extremely powerful and very affordable. The basic version is free however the call recording on that is limited to 15 minutes. The professional and business versions are $24.95 and $29.95 respectively and that is just a "one-time license fee" which is something I love. They are not trapping you in a recurring subscription.
