What do you like best about Takeoff Live?

It has a very low learning curve. It is very accurate and exports to excel. I also like it because it can work off of PDF drawing. It is color coded to track your progress so you know where you left off. Overall, it is a very fast and time saving program. It is color coded to track your progress so you know where you left off. What do you dislike about Takeoff Live?

Some of the label fields are not editable and are grayed out. I have also found tech support to be very slow and sometimes unresponsive. It doesn't have a hand grab drag tool function and I haven't found a way to undo a finished area or a measurement. Also, I don't know if it is my computer, but the software has a tendency to crash. What problems is Takeoff Live solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in the construction industry and I get take off requests frequently from customers. How I have done it in the past has been manually. I would take a look at the plans and each individual detail listed and create a BOM. Doing this manually can be very time consuming and has resulted in human errors.
