It's great at customizing reports for data, customizing the fields and data fields you want and able to also customize the visualization of the analysis as well. It does integrate with Salesforce but I did not find it to be the most seamless connection. We didn't have any difficulty with being able to generate reports overall but it did seem to slow down when there was too much data where it wasn't able to pull in things or take a very long to load I didn't see any AI features when I was using the platform since it's been a few years since i've used it. It had a very difficult onboarding, its a high learning curve for starters especially if you're not highly technical when it comes to statistics. I didn't find it very easy to use but found it useful when others created templates for me to work from. Creating a new report from scratch was practically impossible for me personally. The options for visual breakdown of the data is nice, great at high volume of data and complex dataset analysis. it's also easy to create a dashboard and invite team members for collaboration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tableau? It's a very steep learning curve at first especially if your team does not have an expert on the team. I don't recall getting a lot of support directly from Tableau team. We had an integration with Salesforce that possibly made it complex but I also would've liked to be able to export to other software to manipulate it further on my own but don't recall that being an option. What problems is Tableau solving and how is that benefiting you? data visualization is not something I can easily do on my own so that's always a nice feature, the breakdown and the various ways you can slice & dice the data for analysis depending on the stakeholder is also important. Tableau is a powerful tool for aggregating data from multiple sources, combining it, and presenting it visually. It also allows you to build custom dashboards to monitor your corporate KPIs. On the downside, it can be quite slow, and performance tends to degrade as the volume of data grows significantly. The UI is not very intuitive for beginners, and the version I'm using lacks Artificial Intelligence integrations, so the data is presented in a raw, unprocessed form Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
