I use backup tool the most to take a backup of our ex employees mailboxes **What do you dislike about SysTools Office 365 Backup?** Nothing to dislike; this tool does what it says. This never happens if something does not work. So far, as per my experience, it's working as expected. Yes, the first time, it does take some time to load the mailbox but later on it does a great job **Recommendations to others considering SysTools Office 365 Backup:** If you need a tool to backup and restore o365 mailboxes, then this tool will make your life very easy **What problems is SysTools Office 365 Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** As per our policy, we keep ex-employees' mailbox backup locally so new employees can have access. Yes, we save lots of time on taking mailbox date copies to other users' mailbox ### 2. I personally use it for my outlook email as well. **What do you dislike about SysTools Office 365 Backup?** Loading the data for the first time is bit slow. Apart from this, I did not see any disadvantages or issues with this tool. **Recommendations to others considering SysTools Office 365 Backup:** I would definitely recommend it, its easy to use, secure and flexible.
