Best thing i like is you can take a backup of a complete mailbox on local or on the network, not to mention desktop also. Nothing to dislike; this tool does what it says. This never happens if something does not work. So far, as per my experience, it's working as expected. Save all calendar, contacts, and email Backup Office 365 Mailboxes to local desktop and it can be accessed on various email clients like Outlook 2016, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, etc Incremental import from same PST file is possible.
