What do you like best about Systools MSG to PST Converter?

So basically when a message stored in the Microsoft Outlook is converted to another file format like PST (personal storage table) and it could create copies either horizontally or vertically. This tool ensures we get multiple versions of the message using different versions of Microsoft Outlook, client tools, etc. And moreover, even in formats like MIME, RTF view. What do you dislike about Systools MSG to PST Converter?

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to convert a big data file and some of the features are compressed and compromised when taking a closer nuanced look at it. Although the interface looks friendly, it could have been optimized more in a way that favors users. Sometimes the structural arrangement of folders is not in a proper way.
