Does SysAid allow for modern authentication on monitored email?
With the changes that Office 365 is implementing, all SMTP, POP3, and IMAP authentications are going away. So we are looking to see if SysAid has oauth 2 implemented on the monitored email (i.e. when a user emails a specific email address, it creates a ticket and notifies our help desk team)?
SysAid compatibility with Exchange Server 2013 and above ?
At the moment SysAid is not compatible with Exchange Server 2013 and above, I have a 2010 Exchange Server installed just to run SysAid email notifications, any future plans to integrate SysAid with newer Exchange Servers ?

How do we configure a certificate from a CA on the system?
We have had a Certificate from a Certificate Authority for more that 6 months now, but we are still struggling to configure it on the system due to the complexity of going about it. What is the simplest way for doing so.

How do you integrate Clickatell Bulk SMS on SysAid?
The current version we are using, allows for One Time Passcode for the Password Self Service, but we have been struggling to get this done, as whenever we raise a Support Case with the vendor, the people who get allocated the ticket, seem to have no idea about what we are talking about.
