**What do you like best about Synthetix?**

Synthetix is a powerful program for customer engagement, with solid AI integration. 
It promote knowledge sharing and have live chat that brings an easy way of communications.

**What do you dislike about Synthetix?**

Synthetix makes customer engagement successful, with multiple support channels, like chats and no chaallenge experienced.

**What problems is Synthetix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synthetix purpose is customer engagement, with stipulated channels that facilitates live chat and ensure all messages are made successfully. Besides, the software helps in employee communictaions, which brings all insights together and share the required knowledge to the involved parties.

**What do you like best about Synthetix?**

What I like most about Synthetix is that it allows me to work with more than one customer at the same time and it's very helpful to generate more sales and productivity

**What do you dislike about Synthetix?**

What I dislike about Synthetix is its user interface it can be more easier and understandable

**What problems is Synthetix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very helpful when it comes to customer support we can now help our customers in a very fast way and due to which the productivity rate is high
So it increases productivity, solving problems, and increasing profit

**What do you like best about Synthetix?**

The threshold, Synthetix allowed me to work with more customers in a single point of time. It helped me to generate more sales. Live key stroke presses are helpful and helped me be more proactive with customers. Regular updates are a plus, the UI is great dashboards can de saved for in-house analytics software. 

**What do you dislike about Synthetix?**

Lead times over broad date ranges are long, trigger management system uses a different platform, a unified system would increase ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering Synthetix:**

Good value

**What problems is Synthetix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low productivity in customer query processing, with Synthetix customer problems are resolved quicker, more profit is being generated, huge productivity gains
