There is very little to dislike about TD Synnex. Sometimes it may be difficult to reach a desired product manager or services administration staff, but this is probably due to the shear size of the company now that it's merged with Tech Data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is best for automation on the private cloud with advanced pre-defined workflows and drag-and-drop features integration. It also provides a virtual machine which not only enhances security but also enhances the performance of operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Synnex does a great job keeping things in stock. Their support is top notch and easy to deal with. They are very competitive on price which helps my quotes come in commutative. They have a wide range of items that you wouldn't expect and its nice to have a "one stop shop" distributor that you can rely on. They also process orders and ship things quickly! Synnex has one major problem in my eyes, and that is the inability to get free shipping unless you spend $1,000. I am not sure if this is the same across all tiers of partnership (which is defined by how much you spend with the company annually), but I find having to pay shipping and charge that to the client is annoying.
