I'm also not aware of any profile templates you could set up, but I stopped at version 9. **What problems is SyncBackPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** SyncBack solves the problem of keeping all my computers and drives in sync. I don't really backup, I just sync everything ### 2. It is reliable, feature-rich, and comes with prompt, efficient support (the very few times I've needed support). I sleep better at night knowing that SyncBackPro is on the job. **What do you dislike about SyncBackPro?** The user interface could use a revamp to keep up with contemporary UX. (The developer attempted one a couple of years ago but based on responses on the user forum it did not go over well.) **What problems is SyncBackPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** SyncBackPro allows us to ensure that data from one location is replicated to other locations and to our cloud provider (in our case, Dropbox), with a minimum of fuss or work. ### 3.
