What do you like best about Symphony?

Great for companies that are in the financial industry as well as allowing for a dense chat layout that doesn't take up a lot of screen real-estate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symphony?

Compared to platforms like Slack and MS Teams, Symphony has less frills and is more business oriented. While not a dislike, this does mean it can be behind in some features you would find in those other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our firm has historically had a preference for dense chat clients and in our bake off between multiple platforms, Symphony made the most sense for our company from a functionality and cost perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
