Symbal is one of the products that has made the biggest difference for my company. We get huge volumes of applicants on some roles (sometimes over 150 in a single day) and before Symbal, it could take my team weeks to get through them all. Now, Symbal automatically texts every applicant, runs a quick phone screen, and prioritizes the best candidates for us. What used to drag on for three weeks is wrapped up in a single day. The Symbal team is really fast at adding requested features and support.
