"Swoogo is a great solution for your events!"
5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

- Onboarding was very attentive and the Swoogo team was willing to answer any questions or talk through any concerns.

- The ability to set up a wide range of events has been exactly what we need; from a one-day happy hour to a four-day international event that includes multiple sessions/activities and even an app.

- The design features for the webpages and registration are top notch and very user friendly.

- The layouts are clean and modern and very easy to customize to our needs.

- Reporting features are very easy to use and customizable.

- We've been impressed with the logic capabilities in the registration fields.

- The integration with HubSpot has been great and allows us to control our attendee's information without having to duplicate efforts.

-The support team continues to be one of the best that we work with and has an extremely quick response time. The best part is that the responses that we receive are always useful right from the start and there’s not a lot of back and forth to get a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

-Unable to generate a static url for each email

-Dashboards can be a little bulky

-The email builder could be more flexible but you have the option of coding emails yourself. We're building emails in Hubspot and moving source code to Swoogo for a more consistent look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BEST IN THE BUSINESS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is always learning and growing. They really listen to our requests and suggestions and make it happen in a timely manner. Since being with them over the last two years, they have improved not just our experience but that of our registrants.

Plus they offer webinars that are AWESOME. Short, sweet, informative and a perfect playground for brainstorming with other event planners.

The platform itself is pretty intuitive and easy to use. We have built 15 registrations so far and it gets faster and easier each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

Sometimes I can figure things out faster than support. I wish I just had them on speed dial to ask a quick question instead of having to submit a ticket and then volley back and forth. However, even then they are FAST and don't just reply with text, they also provide videos and articles to make sure we understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent event management software!"
5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. The platform is very easy to use, and implementation is a breeze. In addition, whenever I've had a question, the Swoogo team answers with friendly and fast service. Swoogo makes an awesome product and supports it well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I'd say that the configurability of Swoogo can be a bit daunting, at first. The tool has so many bells and whistles, that you need to be sure to take the training courses to ensure you're getting what you want out of the program. That being said, the program is simple once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and supportive"
5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

We have been using a different platform for registration at our events for the past 6 years and still didn't know how to do everything with the software that the previous company offered. This made it feel like we weren't getting our money's worth, not to mention that it was ridiculous that after a few years we still weren't able to navigate the software very easily. As soon as I logged onto the Swoogo website I was able to figure out where everything was and the process of creating an event, in fact I was able to create a whole event within 15 minutes of logging on to test it out! Swoogo University has been a huge help in figuring out all of the little intricacies and the proper steps to take to get everything exactly how we want them. And the support I have received from day one has been top notch, I never feel like I am put on the back burner, having to repeatedly ask for assistance. We just started our contract with Swoogo this month and I have already been able to create 2 events, one is already live and I am learning more and more every day as we go. I cannot recommend Swoogo enough to everyone I know that plans events. Another huge asset that Swoogo offers is unlimited events and unlimited registrations! We had only been using our old platform for our one, big event each year because we had to pay per registration, now that we are using Swoogo we are able to offer the use of the platform to all of events around the country throughout the year, so not only is Swoogo about half the price of what we were spending, but we are able to use it as much as we want saving us even more money and frustration. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

So far I haven't run into anything I dislike about the platform. I do wish we had more admin users but I think we will have to pony up and pay a little more to add those to our contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swoogo - Seamless Event Management Software with a User-Friendly Platform!"
5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

The best part of Swoogo is hands down the combination of an amazing team and an incredibly user-friendly platform. Having worked with multiple registration platforms in the past, Swoogo stands out as the easiest to use and the most visually appealing. The API is user friendly, modern, and easily integrates with all the other marketing technologies we use to produce world class events. What really sets them apart is their team—always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your event's success. Their support and dedication make all the difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

There are no downsides to Swoogo! The tool has all the needed features to produce in-person and virtual events. And the best part is, when you think of a product enhancement, the team is standing by to implement and look to add during the upcoming road maps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swoogo is the secret to our success!"
5/5
What do you like best about Swoogo?

We started with Swoogo in 2016 and have renewed every year because it simply meets (and exceeds) our needs. We LIVE in Swoogo nearly every day and because it is so flexible we are able to push it to do things it was not designed for, like managing speakers (before the CFP module came out) and sponsors.

Swoogo offers the most flexibility and customization of any software we have tried when it comes to building registration sites. Because we have multiple clients, they always have different needs and want sites set up the way they prefer. This varies from layout, logic questions, demographics, colors, etc.

For new users, Swoogo is very simple to get started with. It is very intuitive especially for someone who has experience with any of the web-based registration systems. Customer support is very helpful as well.

Swoogo has a basic conference app which is a very reasonably priced add-on. I do wish they had an option for an app with more features (in app surveys, reporting, gamification, dynamic exhibit hall, etc.).

Badge creation provides a lot of customization options. There are a few things that could make it easier, but it really exceeds any other registration system we have used. It allows us to create very complicated badges with multiple tickets, QR codes, etc.

Future feature ideas: event management, room diagrams, specs preparation, dynamic exhibit hall layout and ability for exhibitors to see who is assigned in booths, split payments, more options in reporting, and training on creating custom themes, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?

Exhibitors complain about how time consuming it is to register their multiple booth staff. Would be nice to be able to simply enter them line by line without having to go through multiple pages.

If you don't have html skills you are somewhat limited in ability to make design changes. This has improved significantly a few years ago and you can hire an outside party to make the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
