**What do you like best about Surveywell?**

I love how Surveywell plugs right into Gorgias, making it super easy to send surveys without extra tools. The insights are clear and help me quickly see how customers feel about our support.

**What do you dislike about Surveywell?**

The tool is powerful, but sometimes I get lost in all the settings. I wish there were quicker ways to get started.
